It sounds like a phone call will be in vain…

Because of that I only listen to the messages on the weekend, even if I have a blinky-blinky. That is why it took me a week to return the call from the landlord saying my check got lost in the mail… :(

i just canceled the dsl on one of our phone lines with verizon the other day. i had to give them the last four digits of my social security number, my date of birth and the full name on the account. oh, both full names on the account. then when i switched our long distance/local toll service from at&t to verizon i had to give all that same info to a different department and then be recorded as a third party verification company asked me the same questions and verified the service description of what i just ordered.

you need to write a letter! :)
